If you just need a business evaluation, you can just pay for a business evaluation. Or if you need each service we offer, we will still be cheaper than using a broker. Marketing of your business: from putting together attractive and accurate documents to getting those documents in the right hands of buyers. It's our job to reach the right prospective clients and we do this in a number of ways, including utilizing online marketplaces (as well as our own marketplace coming soon), direct marketing to our vast network, and ads.

Letter of Intent (LOI)
We will evaluate LOI's received from buyers. There's a number of ways that buyers can bind you to bad terms with LOI's. These terms are often confusing. We help you navigate through the confusion ensuring you have favorable terms.

Pothole Mitigation Response
This takes place 60 days-Close. New issues pop up almost daily prior to closing and how you respond to issues brought up by buyers will greatly affect your final transaction price

Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM)
Prepare a 30-60 page document to give qualified buyers every detail about the business to include: Founding Story, Structure, Labor Types and Breakdowns, Markets, Pricing, Suppliers, Sales Channels, Customer Concentration, Financials, SDE, Equipment List/Life, property Description, and Business Outlook. We paint the picture of what the business is and where it's going.

Qualifying Buyers
Answering all requests for information (RFI's) from buyers responding to marketing and only allowing qualified buyers to contact the seller. Keeping the seller from wasting time talking to buyers who could never be able to close a deal. This keeps you from wasting money on legal and accounting fees required to progress a deal to closing

Closing Team Recommendations
ExitNav helps you find the right attorney's and accountants to get deals closed efficiently. Using your normal business attorneys usually aren't the best choice here. You need attorney's with experience closing deals.
